WHAT IS CLIMB IT FOR CLIMATE?
The 2nd Annual Climb It For Climate event will gather people for a celebration of sustainability—education stations, live musicians, and interactive challenges on the hike. Plus live music by the Runaway Grooms, food, wine, and beer, and views at the mountaintop party!
ABOUT THE CAUSE
All proceeds will benefit Walking Mountains Science Center, the hub of environmental education and climate action in Eagle County. We’re excited to gather the community for this event, inspiring us to live, work, and play in a more sustainable way.
At Walking Mountains, we are committed to helping Eagle County reach its Climate Action Goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 and 80% by 2050!
Be Better Together
Climate change affects ALL of us. The impacts are happening now and will continue into the foreseeable future.
The Eagle River Valley community prioritizes climate action as urgent so that current and future generations of citizens and guests can enjoy a flourishing year-round economy, recreational experiences, and a healthy resilient ecosystem that enhances the well-being of all.
